If the registration is postmarked by April 15th, the cost of camp will be discounted $10.
If the registration is postmarked by May 15th, the cost of camp will be discounted $5.

The required registration fee must accompany the registration form. This amount is $80 for week-long resident camps, and $30 for Mini Camps and Day Camps.

One half of the deposit is refundable up to two (2) weeks before camp commences. Less than two weeks- no refund!

All fees are to be paid-in-full one week before arrival date.

What To Bring To Camp

Provided is a list of what to send (and not send) with your camper when packing for Camp Judson. If electronics, money, or food are on their person, the following items will be confiscated and returned at the end of the week.

Campers With Special Needs

All people are welcome to attend our programs and use our facilities regardless of race, sex, national origin or disability. Judson is committed to providing the best possible care and supervision of its campers. To ensure our effectiveness we need to know as much information as possible about each camper. This is especially true for campers with special needs, whether physically, emotionally, mentally and/or behaviorally challenged. It is important that we receive ample advance notice concerning the special arrangements needed to accommodate your child (i.e. wheelchair accessibility, extra staff in the cabin, etc.) If your child is challenged in any of these area, please indicate this on the registration form as well as contact the office directly.

Credit Card Payment

You may register over the phone! The ONLY way you may register by fax is to use your credit card. To register by fax, follow these steps:

1. Call the Registrar at Judson and tell her you want to register by phone.
2. After the Registrar has confirmed an opening in your desired week of camp, you will be given further instructions.
3. Fax your registration form to the Judson office (814) 622-1251

You may use your credit card for all your payments to camp. Please note: The camp store does not accept credit cards at this time.

Financial Assistance

The mission dollars given by your church help to subsidize and maintain your camping facility throughout the year while the camp fees pay only a portion of the total cost. Judson Baptist Camp strives to keep rates as low as possible, but if cost is discouraging you, financial assistance is available through the camp scholarship fund made possible by friends of the camp. Please call the camp office at 814-922-3834 to receive an application form.

All scholarship recipients are required to pay a portion of their own registration fee to be sent with the registration form.

How Are We Doing?

You and your child are a special part of the Camp Judson experience! We encourage you to take some time to talk to your child about his or her camping experience.
