Camper Registration and General Information

To Register:

1. Choose the camp you want to attend
2. Download 2010 camp brochue/registration form
3. Complete the registration & health form
4. Mail completed forms and deposit to:

Do you have a friend who has never been to summer camp at Camp Judson? You can earn $20 off your registration if you invite someone and they come to camp. They will also receive $20 off their registration for being a first time camper. Please see the registration form take advantage of this offer.

The required registration deposit is $80 for Resident and Adventure Camps and $40 for Mini Camps and $25 for Day Camps.

We can refund half of the deposit up to two weeks before camp commences. Less than two weeks- no refund!

All fees are to be paid-in-full one week before arrival date.

What To Bring To Camp

Please take note of the list of items to send (and not send) with your camper when packing for Camp Judson. If electronics, money, or food are on their person, the items will be confiscated and returned at the end of the week.

Campers With Special Needs

Everyone is welcome to attend our programs and use our facilities regardless of race, sex, national origin, or disability. Camp Judson commits to provide the best possible care and supervision of our campers. To ensure our effectiveness in caring for your child, we need to know as much information as possible about each camper with special needs, whether physically, emotionally, mentally, and/or behaviorally challenged. It is important that we receive advanced notice concerning the special accommodations for your child (i.e. wheelchair accessibility, extra staff in the cabin, dietary restrictions, etc.) If your child is challenged in any of these areas, please indicate on the registration form as well as contact the office directly.

Credit Card Payment

We accept registration by phone and fax. If you are interested to register by fax, you must use a credit card. Please call the registrar, and you will be given further instructions.

You may use your credit card for all your payments to camp. Please note: The camp store does not accept credit cards at this time.

Financial Assistance

Registration and camp fees pay only a portion of the total cost of running the camp through the summer months while supporting churches help maintain our facilities throughout the year. Camp Judson strives to keep rates as low as possible but if cost is discouraging you, financial assistance is available through the camp scholarship fund made possible by friends of the camp. Please call the camp office at 814-922-3834 to receive an application form.

All scholarship recipients are required to pay a portion of their own registration fee to be sent with the registration form.
